Your teacher is Certified with over 2,000 hours of training by the College of Purna Yoga, a WA State licensed vocational school, also registered with Yoga Alliance. The studio is clean and peaceful with a warm, friendly staff ready to help you have a safe and joyful yoga experience! We have everything you need for class, just bring yourself and we'll supply your mat and props. Yoga Centers is owned by Aadil Palkhivala, world-famous yoga master and Mirra, renowned Inspirational Meditation Teacher.

This is a truly a special place! You feel the loving enviroment when you walk in the door. This yoga is not about ego, how good you look in your yoga clothes, or what fancy poses you can do; this is yoga from the heart! The teachers here are the best trained that I have found, and the yoga practice is the most effective and safe that I have found anywhere in the USA. This is why I travel several times a year from San Francisco to attend classes, trainings, and workshops given here!
