Yama is an independently owned Asian Fusion, Sushi and Sake Bar located in Downtown Bellevue headed by Executive Chef Warren Seta. Open since December 2006, Yama has garnered a reputation for engaging and creative fusion food, fresh sushi, and a great venue for parties and events. Yama boasts a menu full of Euro-Asian Tapas and Fusion entrees including Chef Warren's celebrated Asian Baby Back Ribs and Seabass Misoyaki. Born and raised in Hawaii, Chef Warren Seta is the former owner and operator of Mizuno's and Malubu Chan's in Las Vegas, Nevada. chef Warren is a nationally recognized restaurant developer and renowned chef. Under his direction Mizuno's was voted "Best Restaurant in Las Vegas" as well as one of the top ten in the U.S. by the national restaurant and hospitality group. Chef Warren has more than 25 years of experience in restaurant and uses his world class skills to create a unique menu for Yama at the Galleria which features the Eastside's premier Asian Fusion Cuisine.
