Don's innovative culinary style and Michelle's business savvy were a natural combination. Their vision was to create a warm, inviting experience, offering dishes that underscore the interplay between the Northwest and Italy: local foods married with thousands of years of Italian tradition.

Outstanding Italian food, with a great variety on the menu (not your typical American-Italian fare). Weekend brunches are also surprisingly great, and not just for typical bacon and eggs.

so many amazing dishes to choose from and all of them are delicious. Volterra is the next best thing to eating in Italy.

Everything is excellent, especially the wine selection and the Wild Boar Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Sauce! Oops, just drooled on the keyboard...
