I recently took a beginner's course/ set of classes here, and loved loved loved it. All of the instructors were fabulous and the workout felt more fun than like "work" because of the reformers/equipment and the ease of it all. If I didn't already belong to two other gyms, I would have signed up to continue in an instant.

Best workout! Instructors with varied background so never the same. I love going. Take the intro — no feeling like you are the "new kid." Both men and women instructors.
