Based in Issaquah, WA, with operations in Everett, Village Theatre is a leading producer of musical theatre in the Pacific Northwest. Producing entertaining quality productions for the entire family since 1979, Village Theatre has grown into one of the region's best-attended Equity theatres, with over 18,000 subscribers and 170,000 projected total attendance each season. Through its Village Originals program, Village Theatre is nationally recognized for its contribution to the development of new musicals, having launched over 80 new works to date. This is the best place I know to get a new musical considered, improved, and produced. Audience participation in the new musicals program is amazing, and the quality of the staged readings is a delight. Village Theatre is one of the few places in the whole country that gives hope to new writers of musicals.
I love the Village Theatre. The shows are wonderful and I am happy the theatre is fairly close to home and I don't have to worry about driving home from Seattle after a late night show. Also, their ticket prices are very reasonable.

Every show I've ever been to has been amazing! They stand out because they work harder than any other theatre. They produce every show... down to the wigs on the actors heads. Every other theatre in town just rents someone elses work. Go Village Theatre!!

Village Theatre is a first class theatre; their staff, actors and crew can be compared with any Broadway cast and crew; their creations are always top drawer.
