This has got to be the best place to shop for anything Japanese. Everytime I enter Uwajimaya I end up spending WAY too much, my bank account takes a sudden nose dive. Seriously though, this is the best place to shop for anything Japanese (outside of Japan that is).

Hands down, the best. And its not as overpriced at Metro Market or PCC and you can find awesome stuff for all kinds of meals. Excellent produce too!

I've used the store in Beaverton for years. I relocated to the Monterey Bay Area this month. I WISH there was an Uwajimaya here. I miss the great rice selection, the red pepper I use to make kim chi, the tofu, the miso, the seaweed. You can find every Asian specialty here. Great customer service. Great store manager.Great produce department!
