This is a no-brainer. I have frequented this coffeehouse since their inception in 2001, and they have continued to make the best coffee in the state. Their baristas continue to rank as some of the friendliest I encounter, and their commitment to being a part of the community, helping schools, and encouraging the arts is unsurpassed. I am the type of person that won't order pizza or quesadillas in a restaurant, because I know I can make them better at home. I won't ever try to make crepes at home, solely because of the Hangar Cafe. I won't even bother ordering it in another restaurant, because I KNOW it won't compare to Justin's.... by the way, I am now in Denver, and the same goes here.... can you imagine my pain? I can't get crepes in the whole Rocky Mountain range because Justin makes his TOO WELL. Thanks, Justin, thanks a lot. P.S. I would like to vote for their blueberry coffee cake as best in W.Washington as well...
