Dana Filer is a fantastic cake artist!! I say artist because the work she does i...s not your run-of-the-mill work! The quality of her cakes are high and she is willing to go the distance to make your cake match your event. My husband had actually requested no green on our cakes (what about the leaves, right?) -- and Dana met the challenge without blinking an eye. I was so grateful!! Being in the wedding industry myself, I have had my share of cake. I have been able to pick out Dana's cakes and am confident I could do that even in a cake tasting contest. :) Her cakes are moist and full of flavor, her icing is tasty without heavy sugar or lard, like many I've had. She offers a cake tasting and doesn't contract her work out -- when you place an order with Dana you can rest assured she is doing your cake and not someone else! I just can't give her work justice -- affordable and delicious!!!!
