Rob's a true athlete, friend and personal trainer. I recently inquired about every body enhancing drug on the market (while trying to prepare for my highschool reunion)...the response, "don't do it...any of it". He looks out for your health, personal well being and sticks to the fundamentals...hard work and dedication. Though this is hard for some of us...it's the motivation and authenticity of Mr. Rob that keeps us on track.
