Best. Coffee. Ever. You can count on getting your latte made just the way you like it, every time, because there isn't a rotating staff of varying skill level. It's staffed solely by owner/proprietor Jessica, who will get to know you and remember your drink of choice. You get VIP treatment here.
The home-made flavored butter assortment they give you with bread at the start of the meal is such a delicacy!
Best corporation to work for.
The food is served unbelievably quickly, and is quality every time. My favorite dish is the panir butter masala, which is vegetarian and full of flavor.
Try the Affogato - your choice of gelato in a bowl with a shot of fresh espresso poured over the top!
Try the curry potato croquettes and chilled sesame tofu appetizers - both delicious, vegetarian, light fare options.
I love PCC. At all of their branches they offer delicious ready-to-eat vegan rice and soy burgers in the deli, the best vegan cookies and cupcakes in the world, and a genuinely friendly staff.
In terms of value for your dollar, Rudy's is great. Ask for Deanna in Bellevue, and Jenny in Cap Hill - the best hair stylists I've ever had! They actually give you the haircut you ask for, so that you don't leave crying and devastated about how ridiculous you look, as has been my experience with most hair stylists. They make great suggestions, too, for how to improve your style to suit your hair type and facial features.
Not only do they make a fantastic vegan seitan sandwich, but they have an outstanding vegan brunch on Sundays, consisting of grits with gravy, seitan, stir-fried potatoes, plantains, and a blueberry muffin, with delicious fresh-squeezed orange juice. Very hearty, and in terms of value for your dollar, you feel more satisfied and full at the end of your meal than at Carmelita or Cafe Flora, where the portions are small and extremely expensive.
The DogaLisa, a vegetarian hot dog topped with home-made pesto, parmesan cheese, and a sprinkling of chopped tomatoes is phenomenal!
They have a fantastic vegan BLT! And the fries that come with the sandwiches are the best I've ever had.
The best vegetarian breakfast you'll find in Seattle. Plus, they serve good drip coffee.
There's no pizza like NY pizza, but for WA State this is the best you'll find.
The vegetarian Green Decadence Roll with tempura green onions, asparagus, and avocado is the best sushi I've had anywhere in the US. I also highly recommend the kabocha squash dumplings with sauteed shiitake mushrooms and sweet soy sauce.
