The Yoga for Round Bodies class here is the best! I've been going now for a couple of years, having been very reluctantly dragged there by a friend. She assured me it would do me worlds of good, and it has. I had never thought about taking yoga, as it looked far too strenuous and the idea of being stuck in a room with a lot of skinny flexible people was just depressing.

At first we went to the Yoga for Real People class, but although very low key it was still a bit too much for me so we tried the Round Bodies class instead, and it was just right. There was nothing I couldn't do but it was enough of a workout I could definitely feel it the next day. The upshot is that I'm definitely more flexible than I used to be and I move a lot better.

I haven't been in any other yoga studios, but this seems nice. Simple, uncluttered, just some fresh flowers and a few candles, and no windows so I don't feel like I'm on public display (one thing I hated about gyms).

The instructor for the Round Bodies class, Patricia, is really great. She's been where we've been, and she doesn't expect people to do impossible things. She's very good at helping us find what we CAN do to improve, and I highly recommend her class.
