These guys are hands down the VERY BEST. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and informative. They're also very personable and funny.
I had some trouble with my Audi idling higher than it should and accelerating when I wasn't hitting the gas. I wasn't sure who to turn to as I had just moved to the area. I found these guys right here on yelp. They got me in the same day that I called and rented me a car on their dime while they repaired my Audi-which didn't take long and was the LEAST expensive repair I've ever had with this car.
They discovered the problem was a small pea sized pebble (which they kept to show me) left behind (in just the right spot to interfere with the idling) by a rodent of some kind as they also found some droppings nearby.
While they were under the hood, they also discovered a cracked part that needed to be replaced in order to keep the car from overheating. Surprisingly, the new part was not very expensive to replace. They kept that old part to show me where the crack was. They explained how it happens and why it was so important to replace it.
These guys proved to be honest and thorough on this visit and I was happy to pay them.
Today I needed them to inspect the Audi before a last minute, 12 hour, road trip that starts tomorrow morning. They were very busy and couldn't fit me in for a complete "road ready" inspection. So, Justin told me to at least come in so he could check all of the fluids. He did this at no charge.
Audi’s cost a fortune to repair. Usually after leaving the mechanic I feel like I hope I never have to see them again. This time I left feeling like I should probably bake them some cookies and deliver them on my way out of town tomorrow morning- and even if I do have to see them again for another problem down the road, at least I know I'm in good hands.
