The best authentic chinese food outside of the international district (and maybe inside it too). Their dim sum also makes Chiang's one of the best brunch places in the Puget Sound area.

BEST Seafood Spud Fish & Chips

If there were a fish and chips category, this would be tops. These guys are the best at one thing: fried seafood.

BEST Sushi Toyoda Sushi

Make sure to sit at the Sushi bar when you eat here. And get there early to make sure you can get seated at the bar. My favorite sushi restaurant in the north end. Toyoda Sushi is the place where I found out that it is best to eat uni in the winter months when the water is coldest.

BEST Tapas Gaudi Spanish Restaurant

The proprietors of Gaudi used to own a restaurant in Barcelona before relocating to the Seattle area. The know great tapas and you will too after eating there.
Their tapas is delightful and their paella is to die for. Don't forget to get a pitcher of cava with your meal.

BEST Brewpub Diamond Knot Brewery and Ale House

Have to give it to Diamond Knot for the hot lava rocks you cook your meal on as well as the great beer

BEST Irish Pub Murphy's Irish Pub

Murphy's has darts (although they should change the boards out more often) and always has a couple of casked ales on draft. Also don't miss the live music on Wednesdays, some really talented musicians show up to play at the open mic.

BEST Neighborhood Bar Cooper's Alehouse

This is MY neighborhood bar and I love them with a passion that can only be satisfied by playing darts for hours while sampling as many of their 20+ rotating taps as possible.

Darts, Pool and great people. Great place to mix and match.

Great place to stop by for cheese in Edmonds. Great rotating selection of cheeses from around the globe.
