I chose Kelly Munk--owner of Tortes n' Tarts--for as my cake vendor for my wedding. I was so happy that I did! Everyone raved about the cake, as she used creamy european style frosting that was just delightful! And the cake flavors, coconut cake with bavarian cream and strawberry shortcake with french vanilla. Delicious!
