The rooms are tiny and the dogs are cramped into a small space. Also, they aren't separated by temperament or size. My dog was there for 10 minutes and he was bit by one of the employees own Great Dane. There are no staff in the rooms with the dogs only cameras and while I was there no one was watching the cameras (or the dogs).

My dog comes home completely exhausted (and that's saying a lot for a lab). Also the staff knew my dog's name by his second visit. They really do care about all of their clients needs.
