Ockham's Razor

Energy. Fun factor. Unique interpretations of Celtic music. Kick-ass origional rock tunes.

What is refreshing about Okham's Razor is that they don't sound like anybody else and I don't get the impression that they try hard to be unique. They have fun playing Celtic music how they like it, and it is so good that people who don't even know it is Celtic music love it because it rocks.

I lived in Bucks County just north of Philly for a few years and grew to appreciate the local cuisine. The only problem with that is you can't get it anywhere else. Philly is an eater's city, and no other city has it's name attached to food outside it's borders more than Philly because of it's incredible cheesesteaks.

Until eating at Hey Paison a couple of weeks ago I never found a single place that I would recomend to anyone, to represent what a real Philly cheesesteak tastes like (I've lived 5 states all over the U.S.).

If you've never been to Philly and you want to taste a philly cheesesteak, cross the continent for dinner tonight or head down to Burien and get one from Hey Paison. It's really that simple.
