I'm glad I work in S. Lake Union, or I might not have ever found this gym. The yoga instructors are amazing, despite some recent turnover and I've made good friends in the classes. The staff are always helpful and friendly, too ... and the gym is clean.

I recently took a beginner's course/ set of classes here, and loved loved loved it. All of the instructors were fabulous and the workout felt more fun than like "work" because of the reformers/equipment and the ease of it all. If I didn't already belong to two other gyms, I would have signed up to continue in an instant.

Samadhi is amazing. Steve, one of the owners, is one of the best instructors I've ever had and challenges you both mentally and physically. Jennifer Isaacson is also one of the best yoga instructors in Seattle and she teaches here several times a week. The free community class on Saturdays is even awesome - and so great that they do this.
