What a great place. They do wonderful work and are very caring and thoughful when you are there.
They are always pleasant and take care to do a great job on your nails.
They are fully committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. They work with you one on one and customize the training sessions. You get the opportunity to train with a variety of trainers which makes each session different and maintains interest. They know who you are when you walk in the door and constantly give positive reinforcement and encouragement. I saw significant progress in my strength and stamina within the first couple of months. This translated into increased energy, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, loss of fat, and a greater endurance in a variety of differently activities. I can't recommend them enough.
