Karen (the owner) never fudges on quality. Her coffee comes from a local resource, which she can monitor. She spot checks meals and drinks. Karen and her staff make sure the play area for the kids is neat and clean (unlike other places we have been)... I love going to "The Bean" with my son because he plays while I drink my double short Americano.
