I have practiced at a few studios in the Seattle area. UYS has the most variety of classes that fit my schedule. The instructors are fantastic and they practice with you. Lots of support, lots of love for yoga.

I tried almost every single hot yoga studio in Seattle and UYS is by far the absolute BEST. Best teachers, best schedule, best studio, best community. Plus, there are really fun theme classes - like Madonna music intense and next month Prince v Michael Jackson. Stop wasting time with other studios - UYS takes the cake.
