As you know, Urban Vines offers a free tasting every other Thursday, but in between we often come upon some great wines that we can't wait to tell you about. Out of this enthusiasm the idea of an Urban Vines newsletter was born, and so I went straight to work on it this week. The idea is to keep you up-to-date on what's new in the shop, share what we've tasted lately that really shines, and to give you an advance alert when we come into a few bottles of very special wine. I also will include a recipe focusing on local seasonal eating or a perfect wine pairing. Our intent is to offer you a little something extra--something to brighten your week & inspire you in the kitchen
