Urban Oasis Yoga & Wellness is committed and honored to be serving the Sammamish, Issaquah and Redmond areas in Washington State. By offering a 4,200 square foot, state-of-the-art yoga and wellness facility and mastering the concept of a “One Stop Shop” for all health, wellness and fitness needs, we have quickly built our reputation as being the best and largest integrated health center on the Eastside.
Our focus over the past few years has been to build a team of highly educated and experienced practitioners to assist our clients in taking their health and well-being to the next level. Our team consists of Naturopathic Doctors, Massage Practitioners, Clinical Psychologists, Acupuncturists, Chinese Herbalists, an Ayurvedic Specialist and 12 Certified Yoga Instructors.

I have regularly attended the array of yoga disciplines at Urban Oasis Yoga for 2 years. The instructors are professional, caring and fun. The studio is rounded out nicely with other services – an acupuncturist, ayurvedic counselor, and massage therapist. And though they have recently expanded into the space next door they retain their neighborhood charm.
