We never had lifelong dreams of opening a wine bar. We just love to go out and have a good glass of wine in a casual, conversation-friendly atmosphere. But we didn’t want to go somewhere that required us to be the wine experts, spend a lot of money or have to drive far to enjoy. We found nothing. The more we thought about it, we realized how many of our friends also like to drink wine and we decided we should just open up a place ourselves. We are definitely not wine experts ourselves, but we have fortunately found many to help out on this journey.
Our philosophy is to have fun..that’s the whole point of all this, isn’t it? We created a casual, comfortable place for you to kick back and relax. The rest is up to you. Try something new! That’s the fun part. We have made 3 oz pours available and descriptions to try many of the endless wine options out there. Experiment, taste, enjoy.

I have hosted parties and private dinners at Uncorked and I LOVE the food, the wine list and the employees. The food is always fresh, delicious and creative. Kudos to Lisa the server, Michael the Executive Chef and Derek the Sous Chef. Can't wait to go back! The crab cakes, spanish caesar and sliders are my most favorite items! Yum!
