Adults, children and families have been training at the U.S. Martial Arts Center (USMAC) for over 25 years. We are the premier taekwondo school in the South Puget Sound Region (Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater). Under the tutelage of Grandmaster Young-Hak Lee and his son: Master Jason Lee, daughter: Master Angie Lee and our knowledgeable staff, the USMAC continues to provide quality martial arts instruction in both traditional and Olympic styles of taekwondo. Our main goal for each student is to not just teach how to kick and punch, but to promote strong character development. CONFIDENCE, RESPECT, SELF-ESTEEM, PATIENCE, and DISCIPLINE are the aspects of the martial arts we strive for. We want you to know we have been one of the top choices in Wester Washington! Self-defense, fitness, weight loss, children safety learning and strength development may be some of your goals that we can work together to achieve at the USMAC.
