Twelfth Night productions began in 1984 as an educational theater experience for children, and then expanded as those children grew. It has evolved from a summer student theatrical production to a multi-generational performing arts organization. Our troupe of players now includes high school through college students and adults. Since education and mentorship opportunities form our core, our membership includes teachers from a variety of disciplines including music, dance, and theater. As our students mature, they become mentors to the new talent joining us. The positive effect on both is visible on and off the stage. As a producing organization, we offer opportunities for mentoring and participating in the following areas: acting, directing, stage management, hair and make-up, scene design and construction, lighting design, costume design and sound design. This approach has come to fruition as students have taken on significant responsibilities in our summer productions as a part of their senior project, or have gone on to study various elements of the performing arts in college.

Twelfth Night Productions is the epitomy of a perfect community theater. Bringing excellent productions to the people of West Seattle. and giving actors of all ages the opportunity to practice their art, as they develop their talents.

An awesome group - truly a community theater!
Music Man was fabuleous....several of the cast members belong on Broadway especially the young man that had the lead. What a treat to have attended and the participation by a local band was a perfect way to end the production. Thanks to all the members of this production company and orchestra for the dedication and hard work required to put on these plays.

They are always entertaining and we see them when visiting family - Music Man was amazing and the young man who had the lead should consider doing it professionally.

Twelfth Night Productions is an energetic, collaborative, fun, and supportive theater group for people of all ages and backgrounds. One of the best, if not the best in Seattle. :-)
My daughter (9) was in her very first production this summer, The Music Man. She learned so much in a few months about how to work in a team, how to stand up in front of a bunch of strangers, how to learn lyrics and melodies, and how to do something so fun with a large group of other dedicated performers. I dare say she learned more this summer than she will ever learn in any single year of school.
I can see my daughter being a part of Twelfth Night productions for at least another 10 years.

The 12th Night performances are just as good as ones I've seen in New York, on and off Broadway. The guy who played Music Man should be on Broadway. He was amazing!!! No need to fly to NYC -- we have great talent right here, at 12th Night. Every show is that good!!
