Took a drive to this dealership to look at a 2003 Toyota Solara - we met a nice salesman who agreed to not play the "used car" game and give us the lowest dealer price first time back from his management. He came back way too long later with the same price he went in to discuss (by this time we were done waiting for him and heading out the door). While driving away, my phone rang with a "will you buy it if..." and I told him we would discuss it. The next day, I received another call with an even better price which I proposed to my wife. Then I looked at the internet and found the exact car for $2K less than the first price brought to us. The internet price was still $375 less than the 3rd price they gave us. To top it off, the CARFAX report the salesman had in his hand specifically pointed out an odometer discrepancy - one of the car owners had the car for 18 months and drove 243 miles backwards! hmmm.....
if you wantt to be treated with respect and have a civilized car buying experience, this is the place to go for a car. We wanted a Toyota or a Honda because of the quality but didn't like the way customers are treated at the average place and I didn't want a high pressure day. We got the car we wanted at a price that was very fair . We were and continue to be well taken care of.
