Having started out as a gourmet cheese shop in Seattle's Historic University District, we take great pride in having grown with our community. From such basic beginnings over thirty years ago, we have grown from a simple cheese shop into a thriving gourmet catering service. In March of 2004 The Wedge Catering and Baci Catering merged as sister companies in the pursuit of fantastic food, amazing presentation and great service.
