Absolutely LOVE The Valley Athletic Club! They have wonderful owners, managers, and staff. All of the people are always so welcolming. I love how everything is there...tannning..dry cleaning...cafe...hair salon...and OF COURSE MY FAV THE SPA!!! It is very convenient to have all of the different services before or after my workout. I vote that The Valley Athletic Club is the BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST gym!!

I heard this gym was expensive and waited years before actually checking them out. Ends up it's no more than what I paid for my YMCA membership. Only this gym ROCKS! Amazing personal trainers, wonderful classes and incredible support! It's clean, they have many workout options, beautiful pools, steam room, sauna, etc. etc. Oh and did I mention people walk around and offer you a cup of water while you're working out? Yes, you can workout like a Rock Star - Join the Valley!
