Whenever I'm looking for a new wine I haven't tried, but with distinctive flavors (notes), whether it be peaches, dark cherries, spices, etc., they always nail it. They know the flavor profile of each of the thousands of different wines they carry. The food is phenomenal as well. Sometimes we just go for the food!
