Vickie, Mark and her staff have provided me with a foundation to create wonderful pieces of jewerly. They have supported our efforts as students and are always available to provide great customer service. Going to the Bead Factory for me is an adventure in self discovery. Thank You All!

The bead factory has a nice selection of beads and plenty of associates to assist you on any beading dilemmas you may have. They help you with color choices or pattern instructions as needed but they do not hover.

This is the greatest place to indulge in all things beady. Vicki, Mark and staff treat their customers like family! Great items and great classes--it is my home away from home! I have been a customer for their entire 20 years, and really think this is the best for stuff and customer service!
