The gals that work at the Bead Factory are the best! They are genuinely friendly and helpful to everyone who enters the store whether they are newcomers or regulars. They go out of their way to help with any project and are fabulous at answering any questions you may have. They also stock a great cross section of all varieties of beads!
The best thing about The Bead Factory is its salespeople. Not only are they knowledgeable and willing to help in any way, but friendly and fun. The inventory is amazing and the classes are great. Can't beat 'em.
The Bead Factory is the best! The customer service is outstanding, if you have a question answered they have the answer & if they don't they find out for you. The classes that they give are our standing. You never leave wondering if you will be able to make your item or not. They are awesome.....
There staff is always helpful and very friendly. The enegy in the store is always positive which help the creative juices flow. Of course, if you aren't feeling very creatve they have wonderful classes or suggestions to get you started. They truly want everyone to be satisfied with their products.
