Nominated for: BEST Latin American
Tempero do Brasil recreates the romance and excitement of Bahia, Brazil; Salvador, capital of Bahia, is one of the oldest cities in the Americas and is the land of white beaches, palm trees, tropical warmth, carnival and fun-loving people! It's also home to Brazil's most interesting and varied cuisine.
Bahian cuisine starts with appetizers that can be a meal in themselves: Baked crab meat, 'Coxinha' (chicken croquettes), and 'Bolinho de Bacalhau' (codfish rolls) are examples.
Entrees are often based on fish and shellfish, and prepared in sauces such as dende oil, coconut milk, manioc, vegetables and spices. Chicken and beef are also specialities, prepared with several kinds of exotic sauces. Regional dishes such as Vatapá, accompany the entrees.
Desserts feature tropical fruits, guava, passion fruit, coconut and more!
Stop by and let us take you on a tour of the delicious food of Brazil! Enjoy a taste of our specialties and as you do, your mind and spirit will be in Bahia -- and your body may soon follow!
DEE-licious food and some nights there'll be live Latin music too!

Authentic and delicious, you'll come back again and again for Graca's fabulous Brazilian dishes. When the entertainers launch into "Mas Que Nada" and the wait staff dances it's always a treat.
