Your last excuse just got on the bus! Well for some of you that might have been your excuse as to why you haven't visited or joined a gym lately. We would like to welcome you to our facility or welcome you back. We have a full schedule ahead for fall at the Maple Valley location and are putting the final touches on our NEW Lakeland location. There is no excuse not to get or stay in shape, feel great and enjoy our beautiful Northwest fall.

Locally owned. Not another 'big box' gym. Modern equipment, large selection of classes in morning and evening. Great instructors.
