Sunny Valley Wheat Free Bakery saved my life by providing the very necessary foods I needed. They make the most delicious cookies, cakes, and my favorite is the you top pizza crusts. If you have never been here you are missing wonderful foods and the great customer service from the owner. She is a very out going, friendly person. Go visit.
I love this bakery! If it weren't all the way in Maple Valley I would go there all the time. I was diagnosed 13 years ago with Dermatitis Herpetiformis (part of the Celiac family) and I gave up hope that I would ever have any good tasting baked goods again. I've made my own for years and they're... ok. I've gone to a few other places in Seattle and again, they're okay. But when I went out to Sunny Valley I discovered that baked goods could taste like those that I remember from my pre-gf days. She really understands what I'm looking for. Her food is really tasty and very much the same tastes and texture that I remember in similar goods pre-GF days.
