We are Stephanie Crocker, self taught pastry chef, and husband John McCaig, chief tasting engineer. It's not that we loved desserts enough to start a bakery, it's that we loved life enough to take advantage of every opportunity. Life's simple pleasures are so sweetly expressed in pastry so it made perfect sense to bring that passion to the people around us. We bake all of our desserts from scratch using the best wholesome ingredients without preservatives.
