Sturtevant's has the best customer service and the best gear of any shop I've been in - including shops in Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. The sales people are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I can bring in my kids and husband, and we are all taken care of and we always find what we want (although one time I couldn't find my size in a specific jacket so they special ordered it for me). The custom fit center is awesome...they really want to make sure your boots are comfortable.
They got some good gear, not great! They are more about the sale then the sport.
They have given me some of the best customer service I have ever gotten.
