Jim's the only person I trust with my car repairs. He's up front about what things are going to cost, does an awesome job, and is fair. He takes the time to teach you about what's up with your car without treating you like you're dumb. He's gruff and hilarious, but you can tell he cares!

Absolutely the best car repair in all of Western Washington. The owner, Jim, is the most honest & fair car repair shop owner I've ever encountered. I won't take my car anywhere else...even if that means towing my car from Seattle to his shop in Everett (which I have done).
