Despite the recession, toy recalls and stringent new toy laws, and with the closing of Tree Top Toys in Lake Forest Park, we felt the need for a new kind of community-based toy store. A toy store that offers more educational toys, more science, more arts and crafts, more family games and puzzles, more wooden toys, more local products from the Northwest. A toy store that includes a birthday party room, art classes, free gift wrapping, and a place to meet with friends and have a free latte or hot tea. A toy store owned, run and staffed by families in our community who love kids, families and community building.

Great selection, fabulous customer service, love giving locally.
Not only does Snapdoodle Toys have an amazing range of high quality learning toys. It also has a fantastic variety of games for those of us "older folks" who still like to play with toys!
They have a great selction of toys for all ages. The staff is so helpful and nice.
They make shopping fun for parent and child. Mom's get a complimentary latte, the kids get to try things out, they wrap gifts for you, and you get 10% off for every $100 you spend. We don't buy kids gifts anywhere else! The toys are also safe and amazing. I've found several things there that I thought I would have to order on-line. Thank you Snapdoodle toys for being a great family destination and fun place to shop!
There is something for every age there. They are very generous with their toys--they always have something out for kids/adults to try or play.The staff is well trained and very friendly. When you find something meant for a gift they wrap it for you. There is more to the store than just toys. There are craft and science projects too. On top of that they have art classes and birthday party facilities. To top this off--they serve esspresso!

Just walking into this store turns you into a kid again! It is vibrant, playful and the staff is very resourceful. A great experience for young and old:)

Out of all the wonderful toy stores in the area, this place has EVERYTHING. They have very unique and high-quality products and it is my children's FAVORITE place to go in the entire world!!
They have an amazing assortment of toys, plus the staff is great.
This is the best toy store. The best part is that almost every toy in the store has a sample of it open. The kids are able to play with everything and decide what they want based on experience instead of staring at it in the box. The selection is great and the staff are so helpful. They have a great selection of board games and educational toys for "older kids" too.
The quality and variety of toys at Snapdoodle is fantastic. But even more important is the staff - - they are there because they love it and they are experts at their products.
It's the exact opposite of Babies R Us or Toys R Us - where you get some teenage or twenty something who doesn't care or know anything about babies, kids, or their products and can't even tell you where to find something let alone offer a valuable recommendation.
Finally, the owners at Snapdoodle go out of their way to help when you walk in the door. When my son was just 2 months old I walked in with him and my 4 year old daughter. My son started crying and my daughter was still talking and trying to pull me in every direction. I hadn't slept in forever and thought I was going to lose it. The owner took one look at me, distracted my daughter, pointed me to a chair to sit in with my crying son, and made me a latte right there in the store. Customer service doesn't get more personal or better than that.

Snapdoodle is a wonderful toy store! It has just about everything you could ever want plus more, and the owners are friendly and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I highly recommend Snapdoodle!
An amazing toy store. Huge selection and majority not "made in China". The staff is friendly and helpful and they offer free gift wrapping. I do all of my toy shopping/buying at Snapdoodle!
They have a great variety of toys, very friendly and knowldegable staff, and the store is very inviting for children to experience the toys first hand.

They are located in Kenmore....close by for anyone in our community to just drop by and pick up a special gift.
Snapdoodle is locally owned by a wonderful Kenmore family. They have created a charming toy store that not only has a huge selection, but items of such high quality that are unique and always fun. They have coffee/tea for parents, games and toys out to try, arts and crafts classes as well as space for parties. Top it off with beautiful free gift wrap and an amazing staff who can help you find just the right thing. I am so happy that they are near my home.
They carry everything you could imagine wanting and make you a free latte to sip while you shop. We visit the store just to look at the toys sometimes.
They have everything! Well, everything good anyway.
