In 1988 with a dedication to quality, Don and Susan Schulze founded Shultzy's. Since then, we've made nearly all our menu items on premises, including our famous sausage, for which we grind the choicest cuts of meat, and add the freshest spices—never do we use nitrates or nitrites. We also grind fresh sirloin for our beef burgers, and cook our unique sausage chili, gumbo, baked beans, and red beans and rice right here. We even mix several spice blends, and craft the sauces for our burgers, chicken and fries—at most every level, we start from scratch to bring you a delicious and honest meal.
How is Shultzy's not currently #1? Get your act together people! Shultzy's is an institution.

The hot dogs to write home about, and to be perfectly Franks (pun) that is actually what i did, wrote to my cousins in Chicago about Shultzy's dogs and their amazing flavor.

This is another one of my husband's college haunts that now has become a family haunt!! We love hotdogs, and Shultzy is our favorite!!
