The Seattle Holistic Center is an educational and spiritual organization dedicated to providing programs in holistic health and yoga to individuals and families. Our programs are for all ages - from pregnancy to the elderly - to improve health and well being, and inspire personal growth, peace, happiness, and prosperity for the upliftment of humanity. We carry out this mission through education, research, community services and advocacy, and humanitarian activities. We offer classes in Seattle in the Greenlake and Wallingford neighborhoods.
