the latte I had was the space needle blend, just beautiful, the flavour was filled with so many notes, nutty being the most pronounced. I also enjoyed the vibe of the place.

With their own custom roasts and the nicest, friendliest and perkiest people ever, not to mention in-depth knowledge and excellent beverages, this is the place to go for coffee tasting. French press, drip or espresso, it's all excellent!
There's a lot of great coffee shops in Seattle. But truly the BEST coffee and best crew are at Seattle Coffee Works. As stubborn Seatteleites, you won't believe me until you try it for yourself-- but you'll find it's true. I enjoy coffee at Vitta, Victrola, Fiore, and Ladro, but for the way coffee or a latte should taste, you have to try Seattle Coffee Works (between 1st & 2nd on Pike).
Without question the best tasting coffee and the nicest people you could possibly wish for.
Great coffee! I love their interior design -- it's very cozy albeit a little small.
When I was working downtown I'd get my Americano here every day. They'd get it right 99% of the time.
I don't drink coffee but I love their hot chocolate -- I haven't found better hot chocolate in Seattle

Really cute coffeehouse -- small and cozy. They used to offer all kinds of different espressos from around town, but recently have started offering their own roasts. The French press all their regular coffee. Yumm!

Seattle Coffee Works' selection of single origins and blends is always outstanding. Since they roast all their coffees weekly, you know you're getting the freshest coffee. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, their espresso drinks are consistently delicious, and the location's tasting room has a warm and cozy atmosphere. Skip the big chain and stop in the local, independent coffeehouse. You'll never be disappointed!
