Presented by the 501c3 non-profit Asia Northwest Cultural Education Association, Sakura-Con is the oldest and most well attended anime convention in the Pacific Northwest. Member attendance for Sakura-Con 2011 was over 19,000 individuals; with most members attending all three days!
Please join us for Sakura-Con 2011 as we celebrate our 15th amazing year. All the excellent programming you've come to expect will be back in abundance. Anime theaters, gaming, cosplay, cultural panels, dances, concerts, art contests, AMV's, industry guests, over 100,000 square feet of exhibits hall, guests of honor and more!
if you are in seattle in and around april, head down to the convention center, even if you don't pay for the tickets to go. People watch outside and you will have a blast.

Sakura-Con is a great place for photography! Hundreds of people dressed up in costume, amazing panels, huge concerts, dances and raves, and lots of fan participation!

Sakura-con is AMAZING! whether you just want to watch people in costumes from their favorite anime and magna, to actually participating and going shopping, or taking in the events like the masqurade ball, or watching anime in the theaters, Sakura-con is so much fun for everyone around.

I've been involved with Sakura-Con since I came to Washington in 2004. It has been the hub that my life revolves around ever since. Love it!

Pre-register early for the event and hotels for the best price and choice of hotel, they fill up fast.

LOVE SAKURACON!! <3 All of the cosplays are amazing and it's just fun to make new friends. You could be any age and I know you'll still have a great time :D
