Very personable and genuine people. Excellent customer service and knowledgable about running, injuries, injury prevention, support, etc. The owner Shelby is invited all the time by school athletes and/or their parents to attend XC and TF meets to support them. He is extremely supportive of local runners. His staff is as well. They're all terrific! Excellent running shoes and gear. Won't go anywhere else.
I've recommended this store to a number of other people because I was taken such GREAT care of by Shelby. They don't carry the only shoe I can wear, but they are able to order it for me if I'd like them too! They also offer running groups.

Experienced staff give personalized attention to fitting you in the RIGHT shoes! Funny staff! Owner dedicates his time to coach new runners for fundraising events (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society)...a store that does not overwhelm you with feeling pressured to buy products. Also, they offer AMAZING massages from the owner's father who is a retired L.M.P. - seriously a healing experience!!

Run 26 is by far the best store to purchase your running gear because of the knowledge of the staff. I can't count how many combined years of running experience they have. As a guy in his 40's, it's important for me to make sure i'm in the correct shoes to prevent injury. Shelby and his staff are dedicated to make sure you're in the right shoe. Take it from me, I finished my first marathon this year and I couldn't have done if it wasn't for Run 26's expertise in fitting me in a comfortable and correct shoe. Do not buy your gear anywhere else. Period.

Staff is pleasant and incredibly knowledgable - products are high quality and while the selection is wide, it's targeted enough to match a segmented group of runners. Love it!
Very knowledgable staff. Its a definite plus that most of the staff are former prep and/or college standouts. They know the local running scene very well. Great selection of running gear, shoes and memorabilia too!
Run26 has a great, knowledgeable and overall supercool staff.
They always have sales and they know their stuff! They aren't just a running store, they are a runners 'home.' They constantly send emails inviting me to running events and just practices so I can get outside and be a part of a team. It's great.
