My son and I love Debbie. She's the best and an asset to Snohomish!
We LOVE Debbie! Every time we walk into her store my 2 year old runs and gives her a hug. He even makes a point of saying "I love you Debbie!" on his way out. She offers only the best of the best in toy selection. If she doesn't have what your looking for she'll order it for you. We love to come and play; she makes it the most inviting and comfortable environment for children and adults alike.
I've never seen a better toy store! Debbie, the owner, is dedicated to providing not only the best quality of toys, games, and books for the enrichment of children's lives, but also engages with the families to get to know who they are and what their interests are. Everytime I walk in there, I see her interacting with the families and making their experience fun and loving beyond what you would find in an ordinary toy store.
Rowdy Rascals IS extraordinary! You all need to experience it!

Rowdy Rascals is the best toy store I have ever visited! Debbie is amazing! She truly loves what she does and makes every customer feel welcome. She is so helpful with finding just the right gift! The toys are top quality and different from any where else. The prices are so varied that they would fit any budget. Debbie takes the time to ask your name and remember it! It is like shopping "in your neighborhood"--she creates a real sense of community. She offers fun free activities for children throughout the year. eg tea parties, storytelling....I love that she gives back to Snohomish, also. She is doing this now by supporting a coat drive in her store for children this winter! Debbie is an asset to our community. She is a genuine person who is a child at heart and she makes you feel good just by stepping in the door!
They have the greatest toys here and the people that work there are so friendly and love kids!
I love this place! Debbie (the owner) is just an overgrown kid herself with a huge personality and a voice that echoes down the block.
She is passionate about the safety, quality, and play value of a toy above all else- and won't carry a product if she doesn't believe in it.
My boys love to go play in her store- and she loves to let them! She doesn't care if they make a mess- in fact she is likely to get down on the floor and help them make it!
Since this category is about childrens' gifts: perhaps the most remarkable thing is that you can walk into Rascals and tell Debbie: " I need a present for a 7 year old boy's birthday party" she'll ask if you know what he is interested in and ask you for a price range (ex. $10 to $15) and within minutes will have personally directed you to 3 or 4 viable options- and she gift wraps. If you are ever in downtown Snohomish you have to stop by!
They do a lot for the community of Snohomish: they offer free book reading/music time, teas, plays and give money to the schools out of their profits. Their customer service is the best and you can tell she really loves children and allows them to try out many of her toys before parents buy them. You always feel welcome in Rowdy Rascals!
Rowdy Rascals Rocks! Debbie is always so welcoming, and her toy store is a fun place to take the kids and just hang out. We love it!
I agree with all that has been said about Debbie and her wonderful store, Rowdy Rascals. I would like to add that her store is more about love and fun and providing a service to the community and less about what she can get from the community.
Excellent customer service
Amazing service. As a working mom, I appreciate Debbie's flexibility. She once told me that if I called ahead, she'd stay open late and wait for me. As a working mom, I really appreciate the fabulous customer service.
The owner, Debbie is amazing, greating both children and parents by name, the store has wonderful SAFE, creative toys for all ages, a song and story time, and even tea parties in the back yard! A great place to visit!

I just LOVE Rowdy Rascals. So do my kids. They ask to see 'Miss Debbie' whenever we are in town. It is just so obvious that the owner, Debbie, loves what she does. Her store is a treasure of fun and quality toys which she has researched for their content and educational value. And not only does she make the children and their parents feel right at home, she
has complimentary musical story time, tea parties and games, has toys out for the children to play, with no obligation for the parents to buy and offers free birthday gift wrap with any purchase!
My kids also get excited when they receive their own $5.00 birthday card in the mail which they can spend at Rowdys. How's that for a store which has it's little people at heart?
