Bill (Apparel dept) and the staff have always treated me with kindness and respect since I first came in years ago to purchase some BMW pants. I've never felt welcome in any other motorcycle shop, and perhaps it's because I'm a woman. Sad. Well, BMW has amazing bikes, accessories, and the world class staff to back it all up. Thanks guys for being lovely people.

Replaced a bike without questions. These guys will bend over backwards to provide exceptional customer service. You may pay a little more for BMW but you get more than you pay for.

I've been to 'em all...the folks at Ride West are the best. When it comes to motorcycle shops, I love to go where the camaraderie is rich and the eye candy is to die for. And that's Ride West. They have a lot more there than just BMW product, too. These folks understand motorcycling, not just BMW motorcycling, so they stock accessories and riding apparel for everyone, and the price range is nice and wide. The community is awesome, too, no matter what you ride. Share the love, you guys!
