Welcome to Renaissance Yarns in Kent, WA!
Do you have occasions where you want to grab your knitting and escape to a warm and cozy place? Do you want to mingle with others who enjoy what you love to do? If so, pick up a latte or hot cocoa and head over to Renaissance Yarns. Our shop is conveniently located at beautiful Kent Station. Come on by and take a look!
We carry many different and constantly updated yarns from your favorite local and worldwide manufacturers. Come see our collection of Blue Sky Alpaca Yarns or maybe pick up some beautiful glass needles for that avid knitter in your life. Whatever knitting supplies you need, we have them here at Renaissance Yarns.
Are you interested in learning to knit or just improving on your current skills? Take one of our classes, or come in and join our Knitting Circles. Whatever your skill level, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you. Throughout the week and on weekends, you will find knitters enjoying each other's company in our sitting room as they work on their beautiful creations. We invite you to come in and explore the vast amount of books in our library, the wide selection of high quality yarns and tools. If you have a question, don't be shy! We will happily answer any question you may have.

Nancy, the owner is a wonderful figure in the community and has been so helpful when it comes to teaching this impatient two-left-handed mama-to-be the art of knitting. A great find!
Shopping at RY just makes you feel good! The shop is warm and inviting and makes you feel right at home. Nancy and staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Nancy is always open to special orders and bringing in new products. I've taken classes here as well and been very pleased. I really appreciate that Nancy is involved in the local community and always trying to help out and bring people up.
