Welcome to Renaissance Yarns in Kent, WA!
Do you have occasions where you want to grab your knitting and escape to a warm and cozy place? Do you want to mingle with others who enjoy what you love to do? If so, pick up a latte or hot cocoa and head over to Renaissance Yarns. Our shop is conveniently located at beautiful Kent Station. Come on by and take a look!
We carry many different and constantly updated yarns from your favorite local and worldwide manufacturers. Come see our collection of Blue Sky Alpaca Yarns or maybe pick up some beautiful glass needles for that avid knitter in your life. Whatever knitting supplies you need, we have them here at Renaissance Yarns.
Are you interested in learning to knit or just improving on your current skills? Take one of our classes, or come in and join our Knitting Circles. Whatever your skill level, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you. Throughout the week and on weekends, you will find knitters enjoying each other's company in our sitting room as they work on their beautiful creations. We invite you to come in and explore the vast amount of books in our library, the wide selection of high quality yarns and tools. If you have a question, don't be shy! We will happily answer any question you may have.

My favorite yarn store, Liz and Nancy provide the best customer service. The displays invite the cusomers to interact with the fibers (taste of yarn- sample knitting with yarns), finished garments (feel the yarn and see the finished patterns in person - instead of in print) and an excellent line of knitting accessaries are stylishly displayed. And the on-site classes (both group and private) and knitting circles are a great way to increase your skills and meet others that share your passion.
This fantastic store has a great selection of yarns and tools. Their customer service is outstanding and always feel so welcome there. They make a real effort to stock and support local area producers of yarns, tools and patterns.
This is an amazing store with fabulous people. I love that a gem such as this is here in south king county! Everyone should learn to knit and this is the place to learn!
