A small park tucked in the heart of the densely populated Belltown neighborhood, Regrade Park is home to a play area, a sculpture, a basketball hoop, picnic tables, benches, lawn space and a bus shelter.
It is home to a new pilot off-leash area that will provide a playground for downtown dwellers and their canine companions.
Even if you don't have a dog, the people- and dog-watching is great.
