Our spacious and friendly studio is the first full-service Classical Pilates studio on the Eastside. Our instructors are caring, professional, certified Classical Pilates instructors who provide you with a personally tailored, comprehensive mind/body workout. Our studio is equipped with the full line of Pilates apparatus, manufactured by Gratz Industries, including Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Pedipull, Wall Units, Barrels, and more. We offer private and small group sessions on the Pilates apparatus, as well as workshops and group mat classes. Classical Pilates is much more than just exercise.
