Knowledgeable, friendly, accomodating staff. Great new bikes and gear. Absolutely unparalleled selection of used gear. Location right on the Burke-Gilmann Trail makes Recycled the most convenient bike shop in Seattle (for anyone on two wheels).

Great bike shop - relaxed no hard-sell atmosphere. Good selection of new parts, of course known for its used cycle parts bins. Decent clothing selection. And the mechanics are the best! Do you need a new handbuilt wheelset? Look no further!

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. You don't have to be an experienced rider to shop here, they will help you find the perfect cycle or gear for your needs and don't make you feel inferior.
The sales staff are all very knowledgeable but also accessible and not pretentious. You can sense their passion for cycling and they want to pass that on to the customer. They are not in it for the sale and will help you find the best item for your needs.
I bought my bike here two years ago and they've been looking after it ever since. They gave me a great trade-in deal. Yes, trade-in, I got rid of the old bike I didn't want and got some money off the new one I did. Every time I go in, they see their shop stcker on the bike and I get the VIP treatment.

The guys at R.C. have built two road bikes, a cyclocross bike, and a single speed for me. All builds have been PERFECT. They have maintained a mountain bike that I continually thrash. I love this shop! I don't go anywhere else.
A very friendly place to shop and visit. The staff is very welling to help so you can make the correct decision when purchasing a bike, clothing and parts.
The shop gives you that, WOW, I feel comfortable and at home here! The owners have such passion about their vision and it shows. Everyone there is very helpful and makes you feel like the most important person in the room!

-1st time I went in I was "helped" by some hipster turd who clearly had no interest and/or experience in 'customer service'.
-2nd time, some one actually helped me out and I found what I needed...
If you need small used parts go here other wise Gregg's service is MUCH better...
